About Gråbogården

Gråbogården is a place filled with history and heart. Since 1960, it has been a cherished retreat in West Sweden for children and families from Gothenburg to enjoy summer vacations surrounded by Swedish nature. Over the years, it has also become a favorite destination for scout groups and youth organizations from Germany, Denmark, Norway, and the Netherlands.

In 2019, we, Martina and Anthony, took over Gråbogården to transform it into a welcoming, family-run retreat where nature and sustainability takes center stage. Our vision is simple: to create a comfortable and inspiring holiday destination for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, and recharge in the beauty of the outdoors. The tranquil lake with its pink and white waterlilies, and the surrounding lush forest offer an idyllic natural setting for relaxation and well-being.
